Reservations and Deposits
To secure your place on the tour a deposit of $500.00 per person, payable by check from a US based bank or via Pay Pal, along with a completed signed Registration / Tour Release form. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations need to be received in writing 60 days prior to departure and there will be a $250 cancellation fee. For all other cancellations, there will be no refunds. It is highly recommended that each traveler purchase travel insurance. Should a tour be cancelled by Tours By Sharon all payments will be refunded in total.
Tours By Sharon assumes no liability or responsibility for any delay, loss, damage, injury or accident with regards to persons or property caused by fault or negligence of any hotel, transportation, or local operator rendering a part of our services. We shall not be responsible for any expense caused by loss or damage of personal items. Baggage and personal belongings are at the owner’s risk at all times. It is the participant's responsibility to be adequately insured. Tours By Sharon is not responsible for things that may be out of one’s control such as medical problems encountered before, during or after the trip, failure of traveler to arrive or depart as scheduled, civil disturbances, government restrictions, strikes and thefts. The acceptance of your verbal or written confirmation, and a deposit or final payment for services, constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed above and within any other literature you have received from Tours By Sharon regarding the tour you selected. Tours by Sharon reserves the right to make any changes which may become necessary, with or without notice.
